1. Where are you based? Do you travel?
- I am based in Barnsley, South Yorkshire but do cover all UK.
2. Can we hire you for a wedding in different country?
- Yes! I do offer destination coverage.
2. How long does it take to receive our gallery?
- Portrait photoshoot is between 1-2 weeks. Wedding gallery is between 4-6 weeks. With express delivery service one week. All the galleries are delivered digitally. Sneak peeks are usually sent between 24-48hrs after your wedding.
3. Do you offer albums?
- No, I do not offer albums, but I can recommend you a place where you can order one.
4. Do you offer prints?
- I do offer prints. These are at an extra cost.
5. Are we going to meet you before our wedding day?
- Of course!! Well, I hope so! I do offer a complimentary pre wedding shoot with package number three so I hope we will meet then. If you don't want to have pre wedding shoot, we can always do a zoom call, face time or simply meet for a coffee to discuss all the details in person.
6. I don't like photos and feel awkward in front of the camera. What can you do?
- I always try to make you feel comfortable in front of my camera. Just have fun and be yourself. I will be snapping them photos without you even knowing. I aim to capture all real emotions and connections so more natural the better.
7. Do we need to have a second photographer for our wedding?
- No, you don't. A second photographer is recommended for larger weddings or when the bride and groom are getting ready at the different locations, and you want to have photos of them both.
8. Do we pay extra for a second photographer?
- Yes. There is an extra cost for a second photographer - £300.
9. Do we have to provide a meal for you?
- I am always grateful when clients provide a meal for me and my assistant/second photographer. But it is absolutely fine if you are not able to do so. But please do remember that we will have to allocate a break to be able to leave the venue and get a meal which may cause us to miss important moments.
10. Do you give unedited photos?
- No. Post production is a part of my art so I only provide my work as finished images with best quality photographs. Please do look at my portfolio and my editing style to get the idea of my work style.
11. When do we pay booking fee and remaining balance?
- 20% booking fee is required as soon as contract is signed. Your booking will not be completed and your date still available to other couples until booking fee is paid. Booking fee is non refundable.
Remaining balance is due 4 weeks before your wedding date. If remaining will not be paid, your booking will be cancelled.
12. How can I pay my booking fee/ pay for photoshoot?
- You can pay by bank transfer or cash.
13. Do you do venue visits with us?
- No. We can meet at your venue for a pre wedding photoshoot if it's local but I do not do venue visits.
14. Can we have our photos quicker?
- Yes, I do offer one week turnaround service with the extra charge.
15. Are you insured?
- Yes, I am fully insured.
